TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By booking a service with Epic Andean, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We are committed to providing a transparent and professional relationship to ensure your journey is seamless and secure.
To guarantee your reservation and secure essential services (such as Machu Picchu entrance fees and train tickets), we offer two flexible payment options:
Option 1:

An initial payment of 50% of the total service cost at the time of booking.

The remaining 50% must be settled 60 days before the service start date.
Option 2:

An initial payment of 40% of the total reservation cost.

A second deposit of 30%, to be made 90 days before the service start date.

The final 30% must be paid upon arrival at the beginning of your contracted service.
We understand that plans can change. However, due to the high demand and strict booking policies of our luxury providers, the following conditions apply:

Cancellations 90+ days before arrival:
Costs for priority services already secured will be retained. These include, but are not limited to: Machu Picchu entrances, train tickets, and operational expenses. -
Cancellations within 90 days of arrival:
A case-by-case evaluation will be conducted. The refundable amount will depend on the penalties imposed by hotels, tour operators, and other third-party providers (no-show fees). -
Flights:
If flight reservations are included in your package, they are subject to the specific cancellation and refund policies of the airline.
All refund requests are subject to review and approval by our management team. We aim for a transparent process, ensuring that any amount not already committed to non-refundable services is returned to the client as quickly as possible.
Epic Andean acts as an intermediary between the client and service providers (hotels, transport, guides). While we only work with the most trusted partners, we are not responsible for delays, accidents, or loss of personal property caused by third parties or Force Majeure events.

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance.
By using our services and making a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Epic Andean reserves the right to update these policies, and any changes will be published in this section.
