Privacy Policy and Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Terms

At Epic Andean, we value your trust and are committed to protecting your privacy. We understand the importance of your personal data and work diligently to ensure its security at all times. We collect and use only the necessary information to manage your inquiries, reservations, and services related to your travel experience. This includes coordination with hotels, guides, transportation, and other providers to ensure an unforgettable trip.

We implement advanced security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. All data is securely stored and handled with strict confidentiality.

Information Sharing

Epic Andean does not share, sell, or disclose your personal data to third parties, except when strictly necessary to provide the services you have booked, such as confirming reservations with hotels or tour operators. In such cases, we work exclusively with trusted partners who adhere to similar privacy standards.

Transparency and Control

You have the right to know what personal data we hold and to request its update or deletion at any time. If you have concerns about how we handle your information, we are available to address your questions and ensure your peace of mind.

Payment Policy

To guarantee your reservation, we offer two payment options:

  1. Option 1:

    • An initial payment of 50% of the total service cost.

    • The remaining 50% must be paid 60 days before the start of the service.
       

  2. Option 2:

    • An initial payment of 40% of the total reservation cost.

    • A second deposit of 30%, to be made 90 days before the service start date.

    • The final 30% of the total amount must be paid upon arrival at the beginning of the contracted service.
       

Cancellation Policy

  • If the cancellation is made 90 days before the service start date, the costs of priority services will be retained, including:

    • Entrance to Machu Picchu

    • Train tickets

    • Operational expenses

  • If flight reservations are included, cancellations will be subject to the airline’s cancellation policies.

  • If the cancellation occurs within 90 days of the service start date, a case-by-case evaluation will be conducted to determine the refundable amount, considering services already contracted and no-show penalties imposed by some service providers.
     

Refund Policy

All refunds will be subject to review and approval by our management team, ensuring a transparent process.
